Specialize in MathWorks software renewal as part of the Education Sales team
Engage with and respond to customers via phone and emails to renew software licenses.
Responding to quote and pricing requests and information

- Software renewal transactions includes responding to customer emails and phone calls (license related questions and anwswers including pricing information)
- Register customer information and interaction log on Salesforce system
- Using quote system (MathWorks original quote system) to prepare quotes
- Participate in team member meetings (bi-weekly)
資格
- Must be customer focused and highly responsive.
- Ability to work independently
- Verbal and written communication skills (including telephone skills)
- Proficient working with a CRM system (Salesforce) to advance sales cycle.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Customer interaction experience in sales (Assistant to sales representatives experiences)
