Alpha Data – ADM FPGA Boards

The ADM-XRC range of FPGA acceleration and edge processing boards are reconfigurable computers based on the Xilinx^® Virtex^® and Kintex^® series FPGAs and Zynq^® series SoCs. The flexible XMC form factor is ideal for deployment in rugged embedded systems. 3U-VPX form-factor variants are available, as are low-profile PCIe accelerators. The boards support fixed I/O via Ethernet and PCIe, and some allow flexible I/O options via XRM modules to support a range of interfaces, including analog, software radio and video (Camera Link^®, Coaxpress).

Board support packages are provided for MATLAB^® and Simulink^® based FPGA development tools, including HDL Coder™ and Xilinx System Generator for DSP™.

The Alpha Data Toolbox for MATLAB is a MATLAB Toolbox/API for the ADM-XRC Series, providing MATLAB libraries (MEX functions) that provide access to the ADMXRC3 API of the Alpha Data ADM-XRC Gen3 SDK, from within MATLAB on the host machine. This works with all Alpha Data boards supported by the ADMXRC3 API (including XRC-, VPX-, and PCIe-based boards).

Alpha Data’s HDL Coder Board Support Library provides examples, designs, and templates to allow users of HDL Coder to target designs at the ADM-XRC-7Z1 and ADM-XRC-7V1. New support is periodically added. For the latest board support, refer to the Alpha Data web site.
