フレームからサンプルへの変換、複数のサンプリングの処理、I/O のしきい値処理を使用した I/O の改善

イメージ処理、デジタル信号処理、レーダーアプリケーションなどの領域で大きな入力を使用するアルゴリズムについて、I/O を最適化して削減します。設計で必要な I/O を最適化するには、フレームからサンプルへの変換、複数のサンプリングの処理、I/O のしきい値処理を使用します。
