path = export(
converts the specified
live script or function to a PDF file with the same name and returns the full path to the
converted file. The converted file closely resembles the appearance of the live script or
function when viewed in the Live Editor with output inline. If the live script contains
controls or tasks, the Live Editor saves them as code in the converted file.file

This syntax saves the converted file to the current folder. By default,

uses the values specified by the matlab.editor

Export Live Script to Markdown File
Convert a live script to a Markdown file, first without and then with embedded images and figures.
Convert myscript.mlx
to a Markdown file. By default, images and
figures are not embedded in the Markdown file. MATLAB® creates the Markdown file and a folder named
myscript_media
containing the images and figures generated from the
live script.

Use name-value arguments to hide the code and change the page size and orientation of the converted file.

Input Arguments

to determine the format of the converted file. For

file in the same folder
as the output document, if one does not exist already. STY files, also known as LaTeX
Style documents, give you more control over the appearance of the output
