Would you please let me know what the error is for a simscape flow network, which results in implausible trends, as an orifice's area is increased?

I have setup and ran a few simscale flow netzworks, which have run fine without issues. As I have increased the complexity of the network, I have come to a point where the resulting trends are eronious. I have attached the .slx file and a .pdf file that describes the issue. I have tried to figure out what the issue may be, but have been unbale to.
I would appreciate your help in identifying the issue and how it may be resolved.

One similar Q? not terribly long ago turned out to be a mismatch of assumed dimensions for component inputs on one or more blocks. The mismatch between what was input based on user assumption versus what was expected caused such things to happen. So, first, double-check you do have complete consistency in units throughout and that the units you've used are those expected.

Your description in the PDF file sounds like it's trying to model some kind of air flow. I believe the Gas domain would be more suitable. Any reason you are using the Thermal Liquid instead?
