Thingspeak control LED with Arduino

Hello everyone I want to control my led which is connected to arduino. I have esp8266 module I can send data to thingspeak with this module but I couldn't retrieve data from thingspeak. What is the easiest way for this application?

how do I use the read key and check the status of the led

I'm new and I'm doing work for college and I'm having a hard time doing this part, I can send the data to thingspeak, but I don't know how to get for example the status of field 1 and check if it is 1 or 0 , I want to do this so that later using esp32 I can turn on a real led, could someone please help me how do I use the read key and check the status of the led Have you taken a look at <https://www.mathworks.com/help/thingspeak/examples.html the examples> linked in the menu on <https://thingspeak.com> ? led read key
