Model reduction of simbiology models

Hello, I'm looking for alternatives for simplifying some biological network models I have in simbiology (the actual way this simplification will be is still TBD, but the overall goal is to be able to reduce the number of eqs. and parameters to facilitate data fitting, preferably in a supervised automated way), and I was wondering if there's any way of using this Model Order Reduction toolbox for simbiology models.
