in matlab i have files but different name i need to read all ?

hello i need help in matlab i'm new i have files it is have a number name like 100 and 101 and i wiil but in loob to read it all to insert with code

HEADERFILE= '100.hea';      
ATRFILE= '100.atr';         

100 the file name how can change in the loob
