error in loading design on fpga

hello every body thanks alot of your suggestion ,after completeing my design on simulink,i have a problem about loading it on fpga and its says that it cant recognize the usb cable however i did the same thing with ISE DESIGN SUITE with out such an error,i am using fpga turnkey instead of fpga in loop and i dint know how to fix .would you please give me some idea about that ,do i missed some steps?and i must say that i have the same prolem in lunching board manager when i want to validat the board and the test fails thank you so much
