Model Advisor could not retrieve information from the model correctly

When running Model Advisor for IEC61508 tasks, I get the following under "Display model metrics and complexity report":
Error! Model Advisor could not retrieve information from the model correctly
I am running Matlab 2019b (v 9.7) with Simulink (v10.0). Could there be an issue with the model that is preventing the analysis?

What did you get when trying on an example model?

I do get the metrics and complexity report when running Model Advisor on the included example sldemo_autotrans.slx.
For my specific case, I have several sub-blocks in a customized library that are pulled into the main model that is being analyzed.

This is a known issue and might be fixed in any upcoming issue. You can track the bug for fix/workaround in this bug report.
