Doc page for exporting plots in Regression Learner app:
Option 1
Export the figure from the Regression Learner App (red box below).
Option 2
Export the axes programmatically (tested in r2019b).
% Get the handle to the Regression Learner App
RLapp = findall(0,'Type','Figure','tag','MLearnAppTraceFigure');
% Get the handle to the axes with the data
RLax = findall(RLapp, 'Type', 'Axes','Tag', 'MLearnAppTraceAxes');
% Create a new figure
newfig = figure();
% Copy the app axes to the new figure
newAxes = copyobj(RLax,newfig);

@Adam Danz, Please How to extract data for X and Y in Regression Learner App?. I am using MATLAB R2022b.

@Ahmed Eltantawi, I'm not sure which data you are referring to. How did the app access the data in the first place? Didn't you provide it? If you are referring to data in the exported figure, you can access it by looking in to the figure's children.
Example after exporting the figure from the app into an independent figure:
fig = gcf();
ax = gca(fig);
axesChildren = ax.Children
axesChildren may be a line object in which case the X and Y data are stored in,
axesChildren.XData
axesChildren.YData
