I have data of non decreasing and decreasing trend, Is there any matlab function to understand non decreasing and decreasing trend from the data

Can I suggest that you try to describe what you are trying to do with a LOT more detail? It is too difficult to guess what you mean by "understand non decreasing and decreasing trend."
