Recommended Toolboxes to recognize and classify images using neural networks

I'm trying to build a system to recognize and classify images depending on certain colour features. I'm trying to accomplish this task by using the Machine Learning Toolbox. But I'm having not much success. Is another Toolbox better suited?

In general you will be needing Image Processing Toolbox, Computer Vision Toolbox, Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox and Deep Learning Toolbox for achieving what you are trying to achieve.
