How to find points and make a trajectory with view in 3 dimension (3D) for a plane and skydiver?

That depends on your data and how you want to display your data. I suspect plot3 will get you most of the way.

As Rik mentioned, look at examples in the documentation for plot3().

As for 'how to find points'... that request is a bit ambiguous.
