want to apply hanning window in data

let we have a time signal

x = [1 4 6 9.....(10000s values) ] (4 sec data)

I want to apply 200ms hanning window with 50ms increment....

How i do this?

What's sampling rate?

Just compute how many samples make up 200 msec in the time series and use that N. Overlap is 1/4 that N.

So, how many samples does it take to equal 50 ms at 1 kHz rate? Or, first, how many msec per sample?
