How to link simscape model with a mcode+gui?

I have imported a cad model to simscape multibody and separetly i have created a code that solves forward and inverse kinematics using robotics toolbox with a gui .
i want the output to be my simscape model ??

The following inverse kinematics block cab be used just for inverse kinematics on Simulink: https://jp.mathworks.com/help/robotics/ref/inversekinematics.html
