how to learn "simulink onramp" in Japanese?

I installed "simulink onramp" at https://jp.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/69056-simulink-onramp .
but it was english.
i want to learn in japanese.
is there some way to learn in japanese? or no?
