Input Morse Code into Handel's Messiah

Hi, I need to encode a message in morse code into Handel's Messiah in Matlab from 6-20 characters. Besides loading in the song, does anyone know anyway in which I would go about doing that? I want my message to be, "Be good." I also need the message to repeat two times in the time that the song plays.

There's also a FEX function of interest but judging by the comments, it might need a little tweeking.
