Since the depicted figure is now outdated I have to recreate it from scratch. Although I now have the raw data that corresponds to the right values I now need to polish and refine the new figure. Would anyone know where to start in plotting all 4 lines on the same graph with the coresponding Y values depicted below?

They are 4 different trends of a yearly cycle of CO2. They are all 1x712. All are attatched below

Hey Michael,
To plot multiple lines together on one graph with shared axes you can try using the hold command in the following manner:
plot(cti_diff_sm)
hold on
plot(mlo_diff_sm)
plot(spo_diff_sm)
plot(tpi_diff_sm)
hold off
Or if you want them stacked one on top of the other you can plot them using stackedplot() function in the following way:
T=table(cti_diff_sm,mlo_diff_sm,spo_diff_sm,tpi_diff_sm);
S=stackedplot(T)
