How can I concatenate a large number of matrices?

Hi all,
I have N distinct matrices with the same number of columns but a different number of rows (it changes dinamically in my code).
I used this type of function to generate my matrices:
fun = @(k) A(k,:) - A(k+1:end,:)
where A is a starting matrix, fun(1) contains the differences between row1 of A and all the subsequent ones, fun(2) contains the differences between row2 and the subsequent ones and so on, up to fun(N).
Now, I would like to concatenate my resulting matrices so that I have a final matrix given by
[fun(1); fun(2); fun(3); ... ; fun(N)]
Is there a way to do this? Thanks a lot
