Don't be able see a disk that mapped on the network by my PC in MATLAB

When I run Matlab R2012b, don't be able see a disk that mapped on the network by my PC. If look of the explorer of windows this disk that mapped of network is available and is possible access in writing and reading any files.

The disk called "Y" is another disk of network and is ready for use in MATLAB, but the letter "Z" is not possbile to see.

How can resolve this problem?

If I recall properly versions of matlab that old are not able to deal with drives mapped that way .

and thank you for the response, I'm sure that the disk is mapped and is online before running Matlab session, and after because the letter "Y" is mapped as network disk and the same release Mathlab R2012b the be able of seen into Mathlab?

I think that not is connect at the old version that not is being able to manage.

There is another way into Matlab for forcing the reading of the network path?

If they're mapped the same way, not sure why there should be any difference to ML so I'd suspect something at that level.

This may be something your IT support group can get to the bottom of; don't think we have the resources to do so from afar, at least w/o a lot more info on the system configuration.
