Livescript does not function properly

When I start live editor the icons of live editor are not enabled, I continously get Loading message on screen

The code runs slow, but Save function is never enabled (even the directory path is not windows path)

Running matlab as admin does not make any difference,

Deleting preferences directory has no effect either,

Live Editor keeps giving loading message and New/Open/Save/Find Files/Compare/Print icons are not enabled
