설치를 했는데 실행이 안되요

설치를 하였는데 실행을 하고 Mathworks 로그인을 하고 나면 창이 꺼지면서 아무것도 실행이 안되는데 뭐가 문제인건가요? 추가적으로 다운받아야 하는 것이 있는 건가요?
