Add-On Manager Problem on MATLAB 2018b

Hi I can't install any add-ons or hardware support packages on 2018b. It says platform is compatible but there isn't any download/setup choice. When i download packages from website and run it, it works.

It used to work on Add-On Manager itself. Now you should download all of the add-ons one by one and install too.
