Is there a way to store each group iteration of hgiu (line 208) in workspace?

hgiu iterates in groups of 2000 times. I would like to store each group. I think there may be nine groups of 2000 data points. I have been trying to figure this out for awhile and help will be appreciated!

I have attached my code along with "nodes.txt" and "pipes.txt" which are needed to run it. I am new to Matlab and am using this for engineering purposes.

YOur code needs to be modified a lot. Follow the below:

1. Initialize the arrays which you are going to fill in loops.

2. Take care of red lines shown by MATLAB.

3. Try to use logical indexing rather then using find etc.

Which variable, you want to save in a loop?

I would like to save the "hgiu" variable. On line 208. To fix the red lines would only speed up the program correct? I don't mind the speed of the program currently and I am mostly concerned with the hgiu output. Thanks for your feedback!

@Austin Sowers: what you have not told us anywhere is for which loop is the one that you want to store that variable? Your code has multiple loops, and it is not immediately obvious which of them would be of interest to you, or which one might have 7/9 iterations (depending on your explanation).

Once you explain exactly which loop then we can help you.
