Toolboxes unavailable in Matlab

Hi, For some time now, I cannot use my toolboxes anymore. I have reinstalled Matlab 2017b and tried also with R2016b but each time I don't see the 3 toolboxes I have a license for when typing >> ver , nor can I use the functions of it. Thanks for any help.
