how use images as dataset in my code? or use image dataset in my code

hi .i downloaded eopthia dataset that is a collection of retinal images.how can i use them in my code as data set,please help me to write my code.actually i do clustring for evry image so i need to load or call images one by one in my code. how can i write the code ? .
