Yes. So what is your problem? Simply call the other M file as you would call any other Matlab function also.

If your m file is named 'myFunction.m', all you need to do to call it from another m file is to type its name. For example:
myFunction
% or
myFunction;
% or
myFunction(); %this indicates it's a function but brackets aren't required
