Input provided to GUI at run time

Hi. I am making a GUI based MCQs program on Matlab. I have already made the program, with a set of 15 questions the student will answer. Now I'm thinking if it's possible to make a program where the teacher can enter the questions and their options and it will update the program made for students. I'm sorry if I'm not very clear with my thoughts. basically, the program will give access to the teacher to change questions on the exam rather than have a set of fixed questions.
