Wrong axis when using KSDENSITY

Hi everyone I have a 1x795 array called GLLlogreturn of positive and negative entries.
I tried to use:
[f,xi]=ksdensity(GLLlogreturn); plot(xi, f);
However....I am getting probabilities on the x axis. Can anybody help me, as for a probability density it should be on the y axis. When I swap xi and f around it gives me a sideways looking graph.

Please try the examples in the documentation,
http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/stats/ksdensity.html
as those do clearly show the xi as not being probabilities.
