There is no tinv in MTALAB?

Hi In Matlab command window when I type tinv(0.9772,1000) the error message is Undefined function 'tinv' for input arguments of type 'double' there is no tinv function in MATLAB?

Note that this requires the Machine Learning and Statistics Toolbox to be installed, and a valid license for it.
