My MATLAB cant working

My MATLAB cant working. I installed properly but when click for open MATLAB then getting an error.

We can't solve it; if you are trying to use an individual license, then it should be available from the Mathworks server when install and you should use the name of the machine on which you are installing MATLAB presuming you do have a valid personal license.

If attempting to use a network license rather than an Individual you need either a license.dat or network.lic file from the person who maintains the Network License Manager. In that case it will be the institution who has the authority to allow another individual access to the network, you won't have the ability to use the network license without their permission/cooperation.

For you to have R2023b, you would have had to have purchased a license sometime in the past for the specific version to be available to you as an individual; this doesn't indicate a Student license, for example.
