I need MatLab Runtime 2024b version 24.2.0.2712019 the only version I can find is 24.2.0.2722019 is there the non-updated version somewhere I can download it. The site only has update 6 version which is 24.2.0.2722019

I've always found the app on install will automagically install the compatible version. If that fails for some reason I suspect only Mathworks technical support could help with this at <Product Support Page>.
