How to reinstall Matlab

Hello, I had recently got the bluescreen of death and had to reset my pc. It unistalled all of my programs, but allowed to keep the files, I was wondering if there was a way for me to reinstall my previous license since I had not only purchased matlab but also a few extra tool boxes. I had gotten the student version and additonal toolboxes. Please let me know who to contact for support. Thank you
