I want the input of the neural network to be of data type 'SCB', but it seems that matlab can only accept imageInputLayer and sequenceInputLayer, and their data dimensions are not what I want, and I am using inputLayer([128 128 NaN], “SCB”), but I get ” Unsupported layer. The trainNetwork and assembleNetwork functions do not support layers of type nnet.cnn.layer.InputLayer. use trainnet or InputLayer. Use trainnet or dlnetwork instead.”, is there any way to solve this?
I don't want a 'T' temporal dimensions like in the picture below.

You haven't listed your Matlab version, but in newer versions, you are encouraged to be training with trainnet instead of trainNetwork. With trainnet, you can specify the dimensional format that you want using the InputDataFormats traing option.

How do I use trainnet to customize the type of input data, the information I found on the internet does not explain how to define the input data as 'SCB'.

You use trainingOptions and specify the InputDataFormats option as 'SCB'.
