Fit dataset to another dataset

Hello,
Im trying to find a way to generate a new equation that might fit a set of data to another.
So the new equation should take the red dataset as input and output something close to the dataset in blue.
So im trying to transform the red curve into the blue curve.
How could i achieve this?
