Ariunbolor Purvee, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) and program coordinator of Energy and Electrical Engineering at the German Mongolian Institute For Resources And Technology. She received her first professional award/scholarship from the World Academy of Sciences to support her Ph.D. research in India. After receiving her doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, she was awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Korean Foundation for Advanced Studies to continue her research related to online condition monitoring of faults and diagnostics of rotors used in mining and other industrial applications. After completing her research abroad, she brought the research field of online condition monitoring to Mongolia.
