I am working on handwritten hindi (indian language) character recognition. there is a horizontal bar used in each word of hindi. i want to detect that horizontal bar. it is not a straight line. can anyone please help me to write the code for that.
I want to detect that horizontal bar used in hindi words. every character is touched with that bar.
