Bruce is a Senior Research Engineer at NASA Langley in Hampton, Virginia. He has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from N.C. State and a Masters in Aero and Astronautics from Stanford. He is co-author of the ANSI/AIAA-S-119-2011 Flight Dynamics Model Exchange Standard which uses XML to describe nonlinear static systems for archival and exchange purposes.
