Saman M. Almufti

I am the CEO and Founder of Qubahan Academic Journal (Scopus Q1) and a PhD candidate specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Swarm Intelligence, and Metaheuristic Algorithms. My research advances these domains and applies them to real-world challenges, particularly in e-learning, academic performance evaluation, and optimization. I previously served as Head of the Computer Science Department at Nawroz University, where I led academic programs and mentored students.
