Hi, I need to perform a global sensitivity analysis for the fatigue reliability of a steel structure.. I want to calculate the Sobol indices. All examples I found are related to biology and use the SimBiology app. Can use this app to address the fatigue reliability sensitivity analysis or I should code it? Any hints or examples ?? Can you describe by what percentage each input paramter is perturbed to calculate the sensitivity of the output in https://www.mathworks.com/help/simbio/ug/perform-sensitivity-analysis-for-tumor-growth.html. ?? As usually we perform sensitivity analysis by perturbing each paramter by certain percentage and then see its effect on output. But here that is not clear to me.

Hi, I have a model in Simbiology in which cell growth is very important to the relevance of the model. As such, a compartment increases in volume according to a rate rule over time. I've now found myself unable to run a sensitivity analysis of the system because the compartment size does not remain constant. Is there any possible way to assess the sensitivity of the system in this case? Thanks Alistair
