Windows7 に搭載されている XP モード上で MATLABは動作するか教えてください。

Windows 7 上の XP モードは、バーチャルマシン上で動作しています。MathWorks では、VMware や XP モードのようなバーチャル OS の利用に関して製品設計および動作確認は行っていないため、MATLAB をバーチャル OS で使用することは正式にサポートしていません。
