Why are changes from the Link for Code Composer Studio 1.3.1 (R14) property inspector (CCSINSPECT) not reflected in my object?

When I use the property inspector (by clicking on the 'Inspect properties' button), I am able to edit properties such as size, array-order, etc. for my objects. However, after closing the property inspector the changes do not persist.

This is a bug in the property inspector in Link for Code Composer Studio 1.3.1 (R14) in the way that it handles the properties of objects.
The propery inspector is not intended to edit objects and as such it does not make changes.
