problems with library instalation

I'm trying to install a Real Time Embedded Coder for dsPIC. There is no problem during the installation as you can see from the picture attached. The only problem is when I open simulink, the library for the embedded dspic is not there. Only two times is has appeared and when I closed the Matlab and opened it again it disappeared. And now simply does not appear. I don't know what is going wrong. Is there anyway of adding this library manually? Because the installation process is not working.
