Pop-up GUI from main GUI

Hi guys,
I've got a GUI with tables, axes, buttons and so on. The axes are plotting streaming data via a timer, which yet I'm not sure to be the best way to do it.
Anyway, one of the buttons pop-up a new GUI, with just two 'yes' or 'no' buttons for confirmation.
When this GUI appears, its background changes automatically and acquires the plot happening at the same time in axes.
Why do this happens and what can I do to solve it?

Thanks for the tip.
There was missing handles.axes on plot(<handles.axes>,...).
