Differently zoomed images of same device requires individual calibration for accurate measurement of object in an images.how to manage a single calibration on such images ?

You can't. Different zoom levels will have a different calibration scale factor and there is no way around that if you want accurate lengths and areas out.

Resize/zooming (at same level) all the images and then calibrating, processing & taking measurement.then possible???

Yes, of course. If you recalibrate after you change the field of view then the measurements will be accurate.
