Is it possible to build a custom block of components of Stateflow such as State and Transition?

I am trying to create a Simulink library with which it is possible to implemant and simulate control code in sequence language. So I want build custom components of stateflow such as Initialstate, state and Transition. I do really appriciate if someone could give me some clues and ideas in building these blocks.
