How can I solve "Installer error: Error finding installer class. An exception occured while looking for class"?

Hello! I have a problem with the installation of Matlab R2013a (8.1) on Windows 7. When I double click on the file setup.exe (in the beginning of the installation), an error occured: "Installer error: Error finding installer class. An exception occured while looking for class." Can somebody help me please? I searched a lot of information.... Thank you!

Hello! During the installation of Matlab R2016a on Windows 7 an error occured: "Installer error: Error finding installer class. An exception occured while looking for class." Can somebody help me please? Thank you!

Copy files and folder in a simple folder like MatLab in the root like c:\MatLab\
