Embedded Coder available in student version of Matlab/Simulink?

Hi,

for my bachelor thesis i probably need to get some c-code from simulink to run on my Analog Devices ADSP-21489 EZ-Kit.

I'm currently gathering information on how to do this since i have no experience with matlab or simulink for now.

I was about to buy the student version of matlab but now i'm curious if the embedded coder or the analog devices hardware support is included in the student version.

What would i have to pay if not?

I would be very grateful for any help.

While Embedded Coder isn't available for Student Version, MATLAB Coder and Simulink Coder was just released for Student Version in R2016a. Check out the following link (scroll to the bottom to see the products listed in the Code Generation area):

No code generation is available for Student Version, except for whatever can be done for Arduno (or whatever they are called).

Thank you for your fast reply, Walter. What a pity. So if i understand aright there is no way to use the simulink model for me and i will have to program it in C by myself?
