How do I change the color of both y axis scale in plotyy?

Although its differnt on both y axis but I need a color of my choice

The attached demo shows you how to change numerous things on an axis. I'm sure you can figure out how to adapt it to handle each axis separately.

Of course it can. You should have noticed that plotyy is deprecated:

plotyy is not recommended. Use yyaxis instead.

so you need to use yyaxis, like Star shows below. Then you can get handle to each y axis and set any property you want.

the problem is I do not have 2 y . I have one y which has two outouts in it

Note how I defined custom colors and both the curves and the axis labels use those.

There is a function called legend(). You simply have to call that, for example:

Then give me your code of course. I still have the Crystal Ball Toolbox on order but they haven't released it yet. So I can't see how you defined your curstom colors or how you called plot() or how you set your colors. All I know is it worked with my code.
